At each of the operations your piece receives a 100% quality certification for the following conditions, color, focus, overall image quality, frame size, quality of stretcher bars, tension on stretched canvas, canvas corner tightness, packaging, and carton quality. Yes, during the course of you placing your order, you will have an opportunity to change your photo into a black & white, or sepia (brown tone) format. Once you have submitted your image and placed your order, our artists will convert your image and start your order Our Zero Defects program requires each employee at each work center to review the order for focus, color, and resolution and also the quality requirements of that work center. This is to ensure that when you receive your order it will be of the same quality or better then your original photo.
You have two choices for the 4 sides (edges) of your Gallery Wrapped Canvas.
Stretched canvases that are 24” x 24” or smaller will have a 7 point saw tooth hanger affixed to the canvas.
Stretched canvases that are larger than 24” x 24” will have wire hanger assembly affixed to the canvas piece.
Your options for canvas sizes range from 10" x 10" to 40" x 60". Our unique ordering process will determine and indicate to you the sizes your photo can be reproduced in and/or custom cropped, while maintaining you're photo is at a good quality level. If there is a size that your photo can not be reproduced in, we offer a photo enhancement process that will enable us to make larger prints then your original file will allow, while maintaining its original quality. Yes, most individuals use digital cameras that take photos in a JPEG or TIFF format. This question is usually asked by semipro photographers and professional photographers that have manipulated or changed their photo, if you are one of them, then please try and send it to us in the size you would like to have it printed at. Type of files that we can work with are Jpeg, PSD, or PNG. If you have a format that you would like us to try and use please send it to with a comment about the format in our comments section.
Yes, we offer enhancement options on our WEB site. With our advanced site you can custom crop your own photo online while you select your Gallery Wrapped Canvas size. Our custom cropping tool allows you to crop to any particular size and or any part of your photo that you would like for your gallery wrapped canvas. If you are having any difficulty using our Cropping Tool or would like to discuss enhancing your purchase please call us @ 1-888-699-9997 or leave a comment in our comments section and we will reply within 24hrs. If you feel your needs require extensive enhancements, you can request phone consultation. There is $15 charge for this service, on your order form. If we are able meet your needs and you place an order the $15.00 consultation fee will be applied to your purchase as a credit.
Yes, you can prepare and crop your image before submitting it to us, please be sure to send your final image size @ Its highest resolution (PPI). We prefer receiving your photo in a Photoshop PSD file. If you can’t send it in that file type please tell us what profile and file type you will be sending. If you do not understand this request, just send us the photo and we will call you if we have any concerns.
Our unique process will expand your photo automatically when you choose Image Wrapped Edge. If you would like a certain part of the image used, then our unique cropping tool can be used to accommodate you. Our unique Online Photo processing takes all the guessing out of how your Photo will look on your Canvas. You will see what your Gallery Wrapped Canvas will look like right in front of you on your computer screen as you select your options. We can not speak for your monitor and or its operating quality. Every monitor screen shows images in their own profile that will vary slightly due to electronic noise and the last time it was colored profiled. If you generally feel that you are satisfied with its color, focus, and resolution it should be fine. When you view your photo on our web site please look for minor changes that you would like done on red eye and a blemish. However if you ever have any concerns please feel free to call us to discuss them at anytime.
A proof of your canvas print can be made and sent to you via email for your approval. It will be a fine example of your print for content, resolution, layout, andappearance. The color would be a sample but because of electronic variances caused by electrical noise, differences in monitor settings, computers transferring information over the servers which could experience noise and electrical variances with your power company can create color variables. Our web site will give you a good sample when you upload your photo to it. If you have any questions please use are comments section and we will review and answer your questions. If you still feel you would like a proof the charge will be $7.00.
Your canvas piece has been printed with the latest state of the art inkjet printer; it uses all archival inks which will maintain their brilliance for over 95 years. We also coat it with an additional ECO friendly water based coating to enhance the protection from UV rays and abrasion from household contaminates. If you would like a gloss coating please request in comments section. It should be noted that all our inkjet canvas is sold with the intention of interior display only.

Yes, but there are many factors that can effect the success of this request. We will do our best to meet all your expectations and needs but all request have to be taken on a per order review basis.
Example: If you release the order before 10:00 AM EST on a Monday it will be shipped that same day and delivered to you the next day (Bus. Day)
Example: If you release it after 10:00 AM EST on a Monday it will be shipped Tuesday by AIR and arrive on Wednesday.

Your gallery wrapped canvas piece will have corner guards affixed to all 4 corners. It will be carefully fastened to an anti crush barrier and packaged in a 200 lb test carton so that it is not damaged during shipping. All packaging material is made with 40% recycled materials.
Despite all our efforts and attentiveness to our packaging design there still is the possibility of a package being damaged in shipping. All orders leaving our facility will be insured for replacement only. When your canvas piece is delivered please review the condition of your package. If you see any damage to the package please take a photo before opening it. Then open it and inspect your canvas piece. If it is damaged please take a photo of interior packaging and the damage to your piece. Save all packaging material and your canvas piece and notify UPS within 24 hours. After you call UPS please call us and send us your photos of the damage so that we may be aware of the issue and help in expediting a replacement order.
UPS will deliver your order. There will be a flat rate for all orders regardless of the size, weight, or quantity of the canvas items that are ordered. If you need your order sooner you may also choose to have a ONE DAY PRIORITY DELIVERY. If your priority order is approved we will ship it within 24 hours of approval.
